All payment methods (PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, eCheck) are processed by PayPal. Please simply follow the PayPal prompts at checkout to choose your preferred method:

• Use your preferred Credit/Debit Card or make a Direct Transfer from your Bank Account (also called eCheck).
Please be aware that banks usually take 3-5 days to clear eChecks (all other payment methods are instant).
Many items can NOT ship to a P.O. box, so please make sure your street address is correctly showing in the payment page.
Also, since we can ONLY ship to the address associated with the payment, please make sure that the street address is correct in the payment page. Thank you.
Unless otherwise noted in item's description, all orders ship within 2 weeks of cleared payment received and include insurance. A tracking number is emailed within 2 days of shipment. Sorry, but at this time we can NOT ship outside the USA. We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, but we also can NOT ship to APO/FPO.
Many items ship FedEx and can NOT be delivered to a P.O. box. If you need your order to NOT be delivered to your street address, please let us know and we will be happy to request it to be held at the shipper's office.
You may return any item for any reason within 2 weeks of receipt. No reason needed.
• You MUST request a Return Authorization # before shipping item back. You will receive RA# with instructions within 2 days of request. Very sorry, but NO return accepted without RA#.
• Item must be in the same condition as it was received, including all manufacturer packaging and paperwork (if applicable) and not have been modified.
• Refund of payment (minus cost of shipping to customer and 10% restocking fee) will be processed within 2 weeks of returned item’s delivery. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refund. If item shipped for “Free”, true cost charged by carrier for shipping item to customer will also be deducted from refund. Cost of shipping item back from customer can not be reimbursed. Very sorry, but in other words, no refund of shipping, either to or from customer.
We never have access to your payment information as it is safely processed by PayPal • We get your email, phone, and physical address, but only use it to communicate with you and ship your order • We do not sell your info, nor use it to send you spam • We may from time to time email you news about our store, but not often, and you’ll only have to ask once for us to stop • Of course, if the authorities ask us nicely to give them your info because they suspect you did something wrong, we'll fold and give you up. So... be nice.
